The equipment can directly cold press the granular poweder type of cast iron, steel scrap, copper scrap and aluminum scrap into 3-6 kilograms cylinder block cake, which is convenient for transportation and furnace imputting, and the whole process does not need heating, additional agent or other technology. The density of cast scrap after suppression can reach 5~6T/m3. This product can also adopt domestic or imported hydraulic and electrical components and be equipped with automatic feeding and weighting device according to the requirements of customers. Among the products, Y83-500 type hydraulic metal scrap briquette press is specially designed for copper material factory and is the ideal product for pressing the lead brass with pressure density reaching over 7 T/m3.
